Spring is back and artists too. Near Notre Dame, there is lots of caricaturists or painters, to draw the portrait of tourist.

There is a diffusing effect in this shot? What that intentional?

These artists have a unique talent enabling them to capture a likeness is such quick time. A Polaroid snapshot can accomplish the same, although much smaller.
